Hello, I’m Shay Wilkinson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Case Manager (CCM), and Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Social Worker (ACHP-SW). With ten years of experience, I am here to guide you through life's toughest transitions with compassion and expertise. Whether you're navigating a post-divorce or post-breakup journey, struggling with depression, anxiety, or self-esteem issues, I offer a safe, supportive space to help you heal and grow. I understand that each person's experience is unique, which is why I tailor every session to your specific needs, using proven, evidence-based practices. In addition to general therapy, I have seven years of specialized experience in hospice care, supporting families facing grief and end-of-life challenges. Individual Therapy

Post-Breakup, Life Transitions Therapy: This therapy assists clients in navigating the emotional and practical challenges following a breakup. It focuses on healing, self-discovery, and building healthy coping mechanisms to move forward.
